Orders FAQ

Can I cancel or adjust my order after it is placed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept order cancellations or changes after checking out due to our order fulfillment process, including pre-order products. As soon as your order is received, the fulfillment process begins. 

Please double (triple) check all information when you are placing your orders. We are not responsible for customer input errors and orders can not be changed after it’s placed (including but not limited to editing quantities, changing sizes, adjusting addresses, adding promo codes, etc.)

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Oh no! We are so sad to hear this. Please reach out to thegetaway@pepandpartyco.com so that we can assist.

Will you be restocking?

Great question! We aren’t sure at this time. Right now, we are releasing limited edition drops with our favorite pieces for each season, but we are always open to changing that up. If there is something that you love that you don’t see in stock anymore, let us know so that we can add it to our list for next season.

Club Getaway is the ultimate girls club!!! Our hope is that everyone that looks at any of our content, sees themselves and our way to bring that to life is to bring YOU in! We also know how much value you and your people bring to The Getaway lifestyle (ideas and creativity to name a few) and we wouldn’t want to do this without you. Club Getaway girls have the opportunity to dream up and brainstorm new ideas with us.

Shipping FAQ

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders, excluding pre-order item(s), from our Texas warehouse within 5-10 business days of the order being placed. Shipments will typically arrive within 4-5 business days, for domestic orders.. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information where you can track your order further.

We can not issue refunds for shipping fees that are labeled “Next Day”, “2 Day”, etc. as this is a service offered through the shipping company and we can not guarantee delivery within these days on their behalf.

Do you accept returns?

Due to limited available inventory, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to make any modifications. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are not responsible for customer input errors and encourage all customers to double check their information before placing their order. Orders can not be changed after it is placed (including but not limited to editing quantities, changing sizes, adjusting addresses, adding promo codes, etc.)

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping costs are calculated directly by UPS and USPS based on the distance from our TX warehouse to the delivery address, and the weight of the package. The price you see is the price we pay.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not– we are so bummed! We are actively working with our carriers to offer international shipping and we will update you via social media as soon as we are able to.

My order was marked as delivered, but I don’t see it. Can you help?

This is the worst! Unfortunately, we cannot control the package once it leaves our warehouse. We recommend checking the address on your confirmation email to ensure it was sent to the correct place. If the address is correct, we recommend reaching out to your local postal delivery company (USPS or UPS) or talking to your neighbors to see if they might have seen it. You can also submit a claim with UPS here or USPS here.
